Max Payne 3

Max Payne 3 is one of the most sought-out anticipated games of this year,the game is already released in console platforms Xbox360 and PS3 and the version for PC is going to be released at the end of this month.
Max Payne 3 is third game in the Max Payne Franchise where Max Payne 1 and Max Payne 2:The Fall of Max Payne were massive hit all over the world.The game is developed and published by Rockstar games who came into spotlight with their controversial and amazing Grand Theft Auto series.The game is supported by game engine RAGE which were used in other Rockstar games like GTAIV,Red Dead Redemption.Max Payne series for the first time introduced multiplayer.

When we hear the name Max Payne the first thing that comes to the mind of most of gamers would be the amazing storyline ,seamless cinematic and most of all Bullet time mode.Bullet time mode in Max Payne allows the player to slow the action around him which is sort of like slow motion mode .There is a new mode in Max Payne 3 "Last Man Standing" in this mode if you take too much damage and nearly on brink of death and you have only one painkiller left ,if you are able to kill the person who shot you,wil gain enough health to carry on the assault.Regaining health is same like the other Max Payne game you take painkiller or med kits.

In recent years many top leading games have a followed a new system of elements called Tacked-on Multiplayer some games following this are Bioshock2 ,Mass Effect 3,Dead Space2 etc.In Tacked-on Multiplayer what developers do is to create sequel to a single player game,add multiplayer with achievement system like in Battlefield3 and Call of duty.Max Payne 3 you can que with group of friends online or through Lan.Everything you are able to do in single player you can do in multiplayer and much more.Once you start unlocking contents you are able to customise you character as well the traits of your playstyle.Rockstar has done a job in creating well balanced single player/multiplayer game.

Storytelling has been one of the praised feature of Rockstar games.Its been 9 years since the last game.Max Payne left the city that never sleeps where his wife and child was murdered..Max is in Sao Paulo,Brazil a broken man now, drinking all day and spenting most of the time in bars .Max hoping to escape his troubled memories is now working for Rodrigo Brancoa as a bodyguard ,when Rodrigo's wife gets kidnapped Max gets down to business like old time.

Overall Max Payne 3 is a very balanced and amazing game with satisfying combat ,superb graphics .The story has been well created out the old touch of revenge ,betrayal and redemption.Fans who have been following the series from the beginning itself won't be dissapointed at all.Right now i would give a 4.5/5 for the PS3 version of the game currently waiting for the PC version to come out .Have Fun enjoy!!!
